He graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting & Finance and went on to become a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and a fellow in the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. Previously, his career with Ernst & Young in Malaysia and Australia brought him extensive exposure to corporate finance, transaction advisory, and assurance-related engagements for both large and mid-market corporations and private equity.

Mainly, his work covered the South East Asia and Australia regions and he had led both local and cross-border M&A and due diligence engagements focusing on reviews on financial performance, operations, and human resources, as well as the identification of potential risks and deal breakers for his clients. Notably, Ezri had worked with local and international high-profile companies worth billions of USD, delivering outstanding results to far exceed the expectation of his clients.

Fakhrul is another specialist in the investment, corporate finance, and transaction advisory fields. A Bachelor of Accounting (Hons) holder and a member of the Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Fakhrulrazi started his exciting career journey at Ernst & Young.

During his time at the firm, he was involved in several local and cross-border transactions and played a vital role in providing transaction supports. Consecutively, he joined a government-linked private equity with RM5.0 billion funds under management to manage investments in multitude of industries including oil and gas, shipping, and healthcare. Apart from investment and transaction experiences, he had also led numerous audit and assurance engagements for public listed and private companies.

Hazwan has over 20 years of experience in providing business support and corporate secretarial services. He is a licensed Company Secretary and a Chartered Accountant registered with Malaysia Institute of Accountants. He started his career with AFTAAS, a local audit firm, and eProtea Msc Sdn Bhd before joining RS Associates where he was responsible for the planning and managing audit engagements, building highly-skilled and achievement- oriented team environment, maintaining positive and long-term relationships with clients and helping in the development of company standards to improve effectiveness and quality of deliverables and services. The profession in these organisations has exposed him to various industries namely information technology, services, leisure and hospitality, education, construction and property development and oil and gas.

Iqbal has more than 20 years of experience in providing assurance and business advisory services to large international, Government-linked and local clients in various industries namely, aviation, construction and property development, education, manufacturing, general government services, information technology and trading.

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting with Honours from MARA University of Technology, Malaysia and is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and the ASEAN Chartered Professional Accountants.

Iqbal began his promising career in audit and assurance services at Ernst & Young, where he worked for 5 years providing audit and business advisory services to a large number of public listed and private companies in Malaysia before moving to Zainal & Co, a local audit firm, for 4 years as a Senior Manager.

During his time at those firms, he was engaged in several major activities which include (i) performance of agreed-upon-procedures (ii) due diligence and (iii) review of financial models and projections for impairment assessment of large group of companies.

Fazlan is The National University of Malaysia graduate with over 15 years of experience in tax compliance services, tax audit & investigation and management accounting. He is a licenced Tax Agent by the Ministry of Finance Malaysia and a Chartered Accountant registered with Malaysia Institute of Accountants.

Prior to joining WVH, Fazlan spent 7 years in various local audit firms, focusing on audit and assurance as well as tax compliance services. His experience with these corporations has brought him to be conversant in various industries including hospitality and tourism, construction and property development, logistics, education, information technology, oil and gas and general government sector. He was engaged in several high-profile assignments during his tenure at the firms and played a crucial role to help the team produce excellent results to far surpass his customers' standards.

Daud has accumulated over 35 years working experience on corporate and legal advisory in the banking, property and construction sector in various organisations at various levels. He started his career journey at Affin Bank Berhad as Legal Officer and AMBank Berhad as Corporate Banking Senior Officer. He later joined SAP Holdings Berhad in 1993 as Manager, Legal & Secretarial Services until 1996. He was the Senior Manager, Legal & Secretarial Services with 2 public listed companies, namely, Bridgecon Holdings Berhad and secondly, as Head, Legal & Corporate Affairs Division with U-Wood Holdings Berhad. Daud is presently the head of corporate secretarial and compliance of WVH Group.
